The Back Saver System is comprised of 2 interactive courses, typically held classroom style. Each course is 4hrs in duration. The second course (course 2) is recommended at 6 to 18 months after the employee has attended the first course. Course 1: The Back Saver System
• This is the flagship pre-requisite training course that includes all of the basic concepts of The Back Saver System. The emphasis is on lower back pain reduction and knee pain reduction. It is the only course in the nation that actually demonstrates how to put your own back, "back in". Additional recommended follow-up and refresher training is offered by way of our The Back Saver System 2 course.
Course 2: The Back Saver System 2 (recommended at 6 to 18 months after course 1.)
• Neck, shoulder, arm pains and how to get rid of them.
• A review/refresher of the basic concepts of the initial The Back Saver System course 1.
• The major cause of accidents that no one wants to talk about. The third most common medical problem seen in a physician’s office is complaints of excessive fatigue. “Doctor, why am I always so tired?” Aside from upper respiratory infections (colds and flus) and lower back pain, this question leads the list of complaints heard in a physician’s office. And most physicians have no idea how to treat fatigue. The Back Saver System course 2 deals effectively with this issue.
